Mini Box Needs Rebooting every time I watch tv

Hi, I just had services installed yesterday. I have turned on my tv to watch cable twice and both times the tv said to reboot the mini box. I had previously been watching Netflix via smart tv. Surely a reboot is not required ever time I switch from Netflix to Cable?

    joooneyb, Hello, it sounds like an issue with the mini box itself. You are right, you should not have to reboot it every time you switch from Netflix back to your cable. You can trade out your mini box at one of our local Cox Solution Stores in your area. To find a store closest to you visit our website at www.cox.com.
