MDD Timeout and RCS Partial Service Event Logs

On the Event Log of my SB6190, I regularly see the following two errors:

Lost MDD Timeout;CM-MAC=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;CMTS-MAC=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

RCS Partial Service;CM-MAC=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;CMTS-MAC=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

They occur at random times, sometimes 6-7 hours apart, sometimes 6-7 minutes apart.

What do they mean? What can I do to stop them from occurring? Is this related to the latency issues with the SB6190?
