Mcafee

am having the hardest time downloading McAfee....when Iget to page that asks for login for mcAfee, I enter the login information and keeps telling me it's incorrect.  When I talked to chat support last night, first guy kept telling me to use login (duh) and didn't know where to go with me.  Second one I talked to basically didn't know anything and referred me to customer service, I thought that chat was  sooooo frustrated

    Hi Jdailey25,

    Are you initially visiting www.cox.com or www.cox.net ?  Once you have logged in with your Cox primary credentials, it shouldn't ask you to log into activate/install the Cox Security Suite.  What is the URL of the page asking you to log in?
