You can deactivate the Security Suite software from the Internet Tools section of our webpage, then reactivate it. Visit cox.com/myaccount to login; reactivate it again that should reset it. If your issue is still not resolved after accessing these tools, contact us at 1-888-556-0959 for additional technical assistance with Cox Security Suite Plus powered by McAfee.
