MASN 1039 almost unwatchable

I came back to cox cable after years so that I could access MASN(channel 1039) and MASN 2(channel 1135) so that I could watch the Nationals live. Im enjoying being back with Cox cable after having cut the cord for nearly 2 years from DISH. However MASN channel 1039 is nearly unwatchable and makes baseball difficult to watch because of extremely poor resolution and image. It stinks. MASN 2 channel 1135 is fine as is every other HD channel that I receive. ITs a real bummer

    MASN Washington Nationals ball games are blurry.  For instance, the faces of the catcher and fans behind home plate are pixeled.
