Malicious Phishing - WARNING

Dubious intent is Phishing for Cox user ID's and passwords.  BE WARNED

Cox needs to be aware of this and warn their clients of this malicious phishing.  Clicking the link will redirect you to a software sniffer that will capture your user name and password and may also install malicious spyware on your computer.

  • Thanks for spreading the word about phishing attacks! In general, any email you receive that requests personal user information via email is likely to be some form of fraud. Always be vigilant when receiving emails from any company with which you do business. Treat requests for personal information with suspicion. Be wary of any email that asks you to click on a link to update your personal information.
