Major Connectivity Issues

I just moved to a new place and reconnected my modem/router that was previously without issue.  Now I am disconnected every hour or so, sometimes more.  Looked into router with nothing amiss.  Cable modem (Motorola Surfboard SB 6121) logs show repeated T3 timeouts.  Nothing else seems amiss.  Any idea what to do?

Attached are modem logs/signal.

  • Hi nickaz99,

Is there a splitter connected to the coax line going to your modem, or is the line direct from the modem to the cable outlet? Is the power cord direct to the power outlet, or is it connected through a surge protector or UPS?

    Thank you,

    Ms. Nichole,

I live in an apartment complex; the coax cable is going directly into the cable modem without any signal splitter on my end.  The power is on a power strip.

    Thank you for your interest,

    Nick
