Main DVR & Regular TV locks up when Internet is out!

My Cox Internet has issues while I hit my DVR button and the main DVR box locks up.. Turn it off & back on = nothing!  Unplug the box, wait a few minutes and plug it back in & nothing! Internet comes up for a minute & it goes thru a boot cycle, Internet goes down again & back to nothing.... It's been over an hour now...  About done with this "solution"..

BTW - this forum entry is useless with an iPhone!!
