Losing Internet every night

Every night between 7pm on I keep losing signal every hour or so.

those are my modem's errors:

RCP-ID in RCC not supported;CM-MAC=b8:16:19:f9:d5:ba;CMTS-MAC=bc:16:65:27:73:9c;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
