Losing connection daily

Our internet connection keeps dropping off forcing us to disconnect the plug from the modem, waiting 10 seconds and reconnecting.

This has been going on for a couple of weeks.  Is there something we can do to stop this from concurring?

    From this end all looks well up to the modem itself. Can you try testing a wired connection and see if that works any better?
