LOSING AUDIO INTERMITENLY

I have a new TV with a mini box. For various periods of time I lose all audio on various channels. Sometimes I have audio for the program and not the commercials. I have checked all cables and reset the box. I should also mention when I first turn it on it flashes from picture to gray screen and back at least a half dozen times. What's the deal?

    Hi Enery,

    Do you have to reset your equipment to get your audio working? I recommend checking the settings in the menu to ensure that the SAP is set to off/disable.
