Loging in to my e-mail account

I ofter get this "login to server smtp.cox.net failed" Retry    Enter new password.

    Please try and log onto the cox.net website with your username and password. If that works, please delete your email address from whichever mail program that you're using and re-add it like it's new, let the mail program select the settings for you. Please reach back out here if you have any further trouble.
