login cox and get message

when login cox.com,why  i always get the following message display on my screen and then get no respond:

    What Internet Browser are you using? Example: Internet Explorer 9, Mozilla Firefox 52.0, etc.

    i use safari ver 10.1.2(12603.3.8)

    That version of Safari should be fine. Your email mentions that you are logging in from overseas. Overseas logins require an extra layer of security in order to protect against data breaches, identity theft, and fraud. We have a process in place to escalate and resolve these issues. I'll reply to your email so we can get the information necessary for you to log in successfully.

    I'm having the same problem with Firefox 55.0.3 (64 bit).  I am also overseas.  Please help!  I need to pay my bill!
