Local channels "Temporarily Off Air" using in home cable box for past 2 day.

Local Panama City and Pensacola channels display message "Temporarily Off Air" for past 2 days. I can watch them on the Countour app on my iPad. I had the COX site do the refresh through my cable box, it did not fix the problem. Mobile channels are working. But nothing local.

    Hello BersMama,

    I understand the remote reset to the receivers has not restored the channels that display a Temporarily Off Air message. I have had this message appear on a receiver at home, and has been resolved by unplugging the power to the receiver for 20-30 seconds.
