Live sports signal choppy

This happens on all our tv's.  Happens during live sporting events.  All other channels are normal.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_m5tj3CsArY

    Hello Lee,

    Does this happen on all tv's in the home or just one?

    Yeah it does it on both the tv's we watch in two seperate rooms.  Our friend said it happens on her tv as well at her home during the same live college football events.
