Latest Contour remote with voice command, etc.
I am subscribed to the Contour Premier service. Can I have my box and remote exchanged for the remote with speech/voice recognition and latest box. The Contour video shows enhanced search, etc.

If you're referring to upgrading from Contour to Contour 2 that is something that actually requires a professional installation. I'd suggest speaking to our sales team and they can fill you in on all of the details.
