Lack of information from technician
First off, I'm fairly new to Cox cable service. So far no real issues with the equipment. However, I apparently got a partial month service charge for on demand. I used the live chat to figure out what the charges were for, and found out that if i don't put a pin on my tv, anybody can charge stuff to my account. I didn't know that. Would have been nice if the tech that installed my equipment would have told me. See the conversation below, obviously i removed my personal info...
1. The 10-Digit Phone Number as it is listed on the account.
2. Your full name as it is listed on the account.
3. Your complete home address where the service is located.
4. The four-digit PIN number listed on the account.
