Keep getting error: xre-03059

I get this error when I go to On Demand (channel 1) and try to watch Starz Outlander. Once in a great while it will work or I will have to go to another series to start and stop it and go back to watch Outlander series. This has been going on all week. We just got our service installed a week and a half ago. We should not be having any problems. I will point out that we can watch other series on demand (for now) with no problem. Our issue is with watching Outlander. Thanks!

    Have you tried rebooting the receiver? You can do so by pressing the A button on your remote to access the help menu, selecting the restart tile by pressing ON, and the press OK again to select Restart. Let me know if this helps.
