Is this slow internet due to the heat?

We have the same problem in Irvine... will cox answer this post... I saw no way to communicate my concern on "my account" @ Downdetector.comI noticed that many other users have had problems in the last few days

From this end all the signal levels are being reported as OK. Can you try a wired connection and see if that works any better?

Your modem seems OK as well when I look from here. Are you also seeing problems with a wired connection?
