ISSUE DOWNLOADING COX SECURITY SUITE FROM INTERNET TOOLS!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ACTIVATE MY COX SECURITY SUITE FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS AND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO BECAUSE IT KEEP SAYING IT CANT PROTECT ME AND ITS UNAVAILABLE. IM GETTING EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE IVE CALLED BOTH COX AND MCAFEE MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO FIX IT!. IT WORKED FOR ME BEFORE UP UNTIL RECENTLY NOW I CANT DOWNLOAD IT. IS THERE ANYONE FROM COX WHO CAN HELP ME FIX THE ISSUE. PLEASE AND THANK YOU
