Is it Possible to Add a Single Channel to Cable Subscription?

I'm looking to add the Hallmark Channel to my 90 year old grandmother's cable package. She currently only has a barebones subscription with maybe a hundred channels (broadcast networks, basic cable channels, music choice channels, no premium cable). Is there a way for me to add the Hallmark Channel to the list of channels she receives?
