iPad App Issue

Up until recently, while using the Contour app on my iPad, I was able to minimize the show I was watching and search for other channels while the show was still playing in the minimized screen. Now when I do it, the minimized screen goes black with sound only. When I maximize it, the screen stays black and I have to search for the show in the guide and select it again in order to watch. I have already deleted and re-installed the app several times but problem still exists.

    10.2.1 and 3.12.0.....seems the problem started after last Contour update.
