why is my internet connection so slow, when i go to a video it just spin trying to connection and when i does i will lose the connection. This is a ongoing problem that happens every day

Try changing your public IP address by changing the MAC address of your router to the MAC address of one of your computer and then reboot your modem and router. Also, have you noticed any issues with your email? Do you use Cox email?
