Internet suddenly "hiccups" randomly.

I tried everything I know, I had a tech come out and he had just swapped out my modem two weeks ago. I replaced my wireless adaptor. Still my internet will at random, though typically an hour apart. Suddenly drop for a split second it interrupts any browsing, games, ect. 

At this point I can't really enjoy the package I'm paying for and debating just switching ISPs.

    All looks to be well up to the modem as far as I can tell from here. Can you try testing a wired connection and see if that works any better?

    My modem/router is doing the same thing ( over the last 4 or 5 days ). I've made no changes to the hardware configuration for the last year. service tech said all's well and was going to have a different department look at it........ that was 3 days ago, i haven't heard anything back and problem still exists!  Do you have any suggestions?

    The only thing that I've done is my smart phone is set to bluetooth with my car.....

    Your modem also looks good when I check from here. Are wired connections also affected?
