Internet Speed

Hi, I have the Premiere Package and just clicked on the internet speed test on your webpage and am getting 10Mbps down and 12Mbps Up. I used the reset modem button on the same page with no change. I should be getting better speeds than that.

    If your'e on Premier I would agree there's room for improvement there. Can you try testing a wired connection and see what results you get that way?
