Are those results based on being wireless or hardwired?
I have a similar problem problem for years. Cox can't resolve the problem. I have have had 15 + years of service techs with every excuse in the book to explain away my difficulties. I to pay 79.99 for speeds at best 113.11 up, and 10.46 down.
