Internet Speed
Hello,
I frequently experience very slow internet speeds. Whenever I contact you, you send a signal which fixes the problem temporarily. Why isn't this speed consistent?

From this end all looks to be as it should with the modem. Can you try testing your speeds with a wired connection and see what results you get?
