internet speed

My contract say up to 300meg but I'm lucky to get 30Meg and have days where it under 5meg WHY and this is NOT one device its all of them we had a security camera we had to remove because it was so slow it was useless

    Same here buddy. I have premiere (150mbps) and get 10 down and 11 up. I have had 6 techs out to my apartment in the last year and they can't seem to figure it out...
