Why are we paying for 50Mbps, when an the best days we get 17Mbps?
When I complain I get told that 50 MBPS is not guaranteed and that is all.

I did take a look at the connection from here and the modem seeks OK as far as I can tell. Can you try connecting a PC directly to the modem then resetting the modem and see if that works any better?
