Internet Promotions offer but not allowed to take
Been a 4 year customer and every year I have to call and get an extension to a promotion. This year Cox would not allow me to have a promotion. They did offer me 3 dollars off a month discounted off their base price.
So I was looking around on their website and noticed Cox Contour Flex and Internet Preferred 100 for $58.99 for 24 months. Chatted with 3 reps and was told it's only available for new customers. When I read the terms it says
