I did take a look from here and the first problem that stands out is the modem itself. A 4 channel modem doesn't have sufficient capacity to sustain the speeds you're in billing for. O ye...COX provide you only with half speed v,. you are assigned for. I pay almost 100 backs for most awful slowest internet service I ever had
