INTERNET NOT STAYING CONNECTED

This has happened a lot in the past two weeks...it will show I have a connection but I don't.  Then it will disconnect, and eventually my phone will be dead also...I reboot, I've done everything I could think of to make it stop but it still does it at least four or five times a day...can you please help?

    Dianedee, We can look into that for you. Are you seeing the lights on the modem change or drop when you loose connection and dial tone on the phone?

    Had same issues technician tracked it to the connection with main box on power pol squirrels had chewed up the wire and he said it causes signal interference and wire had to be replaced.
