Internet loss these past few days

Hello! I notice my internet keeps dropping in and out these past couple days for a few hours at a time. I am in the Chula Vista, CA area and GigLife has started servicing the roads around here.

Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;

Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out

Unicast Ranging Received Abort Response - Re-initializing MAC

and a 16x timeout message are the 4 error messages I receive on the modem nightly for a few hours.

What's going on? Cox Ultimate Internet is the package I have

    From this end all look well with the signals being reported by the modem. Do you see any change with the lights on the modem when you lose the connection?

    The lights are still Gree, Blue, Blue, Green. But the event logs go crazy with errors

    Would it be possible to try connecting a PC directly to the modem then resetting the modem and see if that works any better?

    Don't forget to unplug power from the modem when plugging directly into a PC or any new device otherwise it won't connect.

    what i meant was that a wired connection directly to my computer will still have the problems occur

    If it works but is still dropping when connected directly to the modem it may be time to see about having a tech come out and troubleshoot further.
