Internet frequently not respond

Hi,

Since I bought the Netgear router and connect to Cox Internet, it often stops working.

When it occurs, such as moving to other websites, watching videos, loading Twitter or Facebook, playing online games(Yes, this problem is still unresolved.), or any activities based on Internet don't work.

It occurs at random time. Sometimes it takes a long time to occur, or sometimes it takes very short terms to occur. Fortunately it usually backs in normal in a short period of time, but the problem is, I suffer these troubles thousand of time per day.

I wish your help, Cox.

    Looking from this end all appears well with the modem. Are you able to duplicate this problem with a wired connection?

    Does the problem happen on wired computers? Like a computer that isn't wireless?
