Internet dropping intermittently

Over the last few weeks my internet connection has started dropping fairly often. And always at the most inopportune moments. I've included status and logs from my modem below. I think power levels and SNR levels look like they are ok. But still seeing the ranging errors in the log all the time.  When it gets bad the modem cycles up and down a dozen times or more. Other times, everything runs fine. Any insights from this, or do I need to get a Tech out to take a look?

    The T3 events suggest that the upstream connection is being lost somehow. Are there any cable splitters you can bypass and see if that improves things?

    There are no splitters used. Line comes direct from the cox box outside to the modem.
