The only thing that I see from here that is out of place is the modem itself as how it doesn't have sufficient capacity to maintain your subscribed speeds but it otherwise is reporting healthy status. Do you see wired connections drop as well?

Yes. All connections drop and the modem restarts several times a day.

Can you tell me more about what wired devices you have connected to the modem. Also, do you have your own separate router connected?
