Internet disconnection

Hi, my internet recently started to disconnect many times, especially when I was playing Dota2. The wifi was also unavailable when the router disconnected. So I went to Cox store and exchanged my router and reinstalled the Windows on my desktop. But nothing changed. I got disconnected yesterday while playing Dota2. Please help.

    Hello, when you are not playing Dota2 does it still disconnect? Also, what other devices do you have connected to the wifi?
