Internet Data Usage not working

i am being charged with extra Internet Data Usage and i am not able to see my usage. so Disappointed

    If you're seeing that message it means that data usage billing has been temporarily suspended for your account. If you'd like to email us at cox.help@cox.com with your account info we'd be happy to explore this further for you.
