internet connection problems with window 10
When I log into the internet for the first time of the day, and after long layoffs during the day, I get messages like...."hmm..can't reach this page, or check network, etc. It now affects my streaming to my tv and now buffers when in the past with windows 7 never buffered. When I try to get on one of the local news channels on my computer, it always buffers. Again, never had these types of problems with windows 7. I use a lynksys wireless router, have Kaspersky anti virus. The status bar will show after a short time that the internet is connected and all should be fine, yet when I click on the internet, I get those various messages. It happens both on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Can someone tell me the steps to make sure my connection and windows 10 are acknowledging each other. I have tried the various steps on the cox website but continue to have connection problems.
