Internet Connection Lost

Every night about the same time 7:00 - 9:00 pm we lose internet connection 2 to 3 times. Why is that and how can it be remedied?

    The modem seems OK from this end when I look. Can you try testing a wired connection and see if it also has issues? -Chris

    I don't know what a "wired connection" is.  The cable doesn't go out, unless I'm watching Netflix for Amazon Video.  It stops for about

    1 - 2 minutes.

    By wired connection I mean trying to connect an Ethernet cable between the modem and a PC and see if it works that way. This would help us understand better if you're experiencing a wifi or Internet problem.
