Internet and TV Outages and Slooww Downs

I really wanted to send an email to a Customer Service Rep but could not find a link.  I am becoming a very disgruntled Cox customer after being one for over 20 years without looking around.  Well that may change if things don't change soon.  Over the past several months, we have endured frozen TV screens or pixelated screen because of outages or extremely slow TV streams.  We also have experienced numerous losses of internet service or extremely slow service.  This is very frustrating since there are two individuals in our house who are taking on-line classes and dependent on the internet to be able to get their lessons and do homework.  I also work extensively from home, so I need the internet to do my job.

Some outages last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours up to a day. I would really like a solution to this problem.  If we don't see a solution soon or we may start looking at other options.
