Intermittent outages to Internet and Cox Phone happening frequently
I've been having intermittent issues for at least the last month. The issues affect both my internet and my cox phone (two separate modems) so I don't believe that the modem hardware is the issue. Basically, 3-5 times a day the connection will randomly go down, with the internet modem (SB6121) reporting T3 Ranging errors. Sometimes it will come and go a few times over the course of 30-45 minutes before finally settling down for a few hours. I've called a few times and they've said that there's been outages in the area but this seems too frequent (unless the outages haven't been fixed in a way that solves the problem?).
Anyways, I've been a pretty happy customer for 15+ years because the connection is generally reliable but this is getting frustrating.
Modem log from this morning:
