Intermittent Internet

Internet has been kicking off every so often for about a week now.

It happens in waves, with no consistency in lengths of outage or frequency. Sometimes a modem power cycle fixes it, sometimes it does not. Endlessly frustrating. I have troubleshot all possible leads other than the modem being faulty or something upstream. Currently, the Cox website is saying that there is a service interruption, so I am led to believe it is something upstream from me.
