intermittent failures of your internet connection

My internet connection fails numerous times, and it seems to be happening more in this past few weeks . 

Primarily daily during afternoon hours, and outages don't re-connect in minutes.

Very irritating. You charge premium prices for very poor services.

    Are you hardwired directly to the modem of wireless? If wireless try and rebooting the modem and hardwired a device directly to modem and seen if you stay connected.
