Installed Services Do Not Match What I signed up for online - Phone Reps will not fix
What I signed up for is below. I was able to recreate the checkout process just to be sure I didn't make a mistake or misunderstand something. I received a package that was 25 dollars more a month installed (including a 6 DVR receiver, which I don't want or need). I should have known something was wrong with the order when the technician said he was only installing one box.
I spent an hour on the phone with various customer service reps (Sales, Retention, Supervisors) and NONE of them could switch to the package I ordered, the package I want. The supervisor, who was very nice, provided me the number for corporate to call. I shouldn't have to call corporate to get the package I signed up for.
