Insp channel

When I have 2 programs scheduled to record and one of them is on the Insp channel only the Insp channel one will record. Also if I am watching the Insp channel and switch to another channel I get the message it is temporarily unavailable. What's up?

    Please try unplugging the power cord on the DVR box for 2 minutes. Let us know if that helps.
