INSANE INCREASE IN BILL

COX CREATES A TWO YEAR BUNDLE SO AT THE END OF THE TWO YEARS, EVERY SINGLE YEAR, THEY CAN RAISE YOUR RATES .

WITHIN 3 YRS, THEY HAVE RAISED MY RATE FROM 127.00 TO ( WANTED THEN 189.00) AND I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM , HAD TO LOSE HALF MY CHANNELS , NOW THEY WANT 150.00 PER MONTH .

THAT'S TWICE AS MUCH AS MY PROPERTY TAXES  - 1,800 A YEAR JUST TO WATCH TV .

HUGE RIP OFF .

WHY DOESN'T OUR GOVERNMENT PROTECT US AND PUT A CAP ON WHAT THESE CABLE PROVIDERS CAN KEEP CHARGING US ?

THEY TELL ME THAT IV'E BEEN A VALUED CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 13 YRS, SO THIS IS HOW THEY REWARD VALUED CUSTOMERS ?

    Was there some technical issue you needed assistance with, Joice? Being that this is a tech support forum, and your rant does not seem to be of the technical nature, your best bet is to call Cox directly to sort out any billing issues you're having. You can also email them at: cox.help@cox.com
