incoming calls
The number for incoming calls used to show up on my TV screen but they no longer appear. What can I do to get that feature to return?

Are you referring to the TV Caller ID banner that pops up on the screen with each incoming call, or are you referring to the log of all calls received?
If the TV Caller ID banner no longer pops up on screen when you receive an incoming call, please email our team at cox.help@cox.com for further assistance.
TV Caller ID is still available for Contour 2 receivers, however; the historical log of calls received is no longer available. Instead, use Phone Tools to view your call history. Go to http://phonetools.cox.com and sign in with your User ID and Password. phone numbers for incoming calls no longer display on the tv. thank you , don barajas
