When there are many items I want deleted with the exception of one item, I do one click to cover all items I want deleted, and automatically ALL items are deleted. How can I save the one item?

- Hi, if you are referring to Cox Web Mail, after you make the selection to delete all items, un-check the one item you want to keep by clicking the box next to the item you want to preserve.
