In box to Spam Folder Issue
Since the "new" email platform started is anyone else experiencing this problem? All emails are going into my spam folder. No new emails since May 30th. I have tried support through chat...but they were unable to resolve. I am waiting for a call back from 2nd level support. Tech did say they are having some issues and are learning about the platform as they go. For now I have to check for new emails by going directly to the spam folder.
